The Mission
- Our mission, since 1999 is to take mismanaged or neglected rental properties and renovate them to higher standards and provide quality housing to qualified tenants.
- Our management team’s goal is to assist Tenants professionally and help them find the best housing.
- Our maintenance team’s goal is to continuously improve properties and provide UNCOMMON customer service.
- We raise our standards every year to improve the neighborhood and become good stewards of the community, the neighborhood civic leagues and Old Dominion University.
- At the end of the day, we really just want our Tenants to have safe and awesome college memories!
